I'm sorry. When resizing graphics it's best to only go down in size. If you try to make something bigger it will just come out blurry and strange looking. I would recommend using the wallpaper at the size 1680x105 size and just center it on your monitor with a black background. Or whatever color you like.

That is a very large monitor you have there. :)
