Before I get to my usual babbling about this entry I want to thank everyone who has friended this icon journal. I never ask people to friend me here and this journal is open to the public, so I'm very surprised and pleased that at this point there are over 400 of you! I don't pay attention to how many people are watching, but I noticed it today as I was getting this entry ready. Wow! Thank you! All of you! :)

I've got something a little different this time. I'm branching out. lol.

I usually try to go with a theme for the stock icons, but sometimes I get bored with that. So this time they are random.

Not very many True Blood icons this time. Mostly icons I made for various icontests along with the alternates. The alternates are just icons I made, but didn't enter. I'm terrible at picking out my own icons to enter in icontests. I usually pick the wrong one. Bleh. Anyway.

Last, I have some Warehouse 13 icons. From episodes 1, 8 and 9. I know. Totally random eps. And I've linked to my tv20and20 Warehouse 13 icons.

I'll be making more WH13 icons eventually. As well as Being Human and Stargate Universe, my newest obsession. And more True Blood of course.

It's been over a month since I've posted icons. Bad me.

There is a big mish mash of stuff here. I haven't had a lot of time to make graphics and most of the stuff I've made has been kind of experimental in my mind. Plus I had this to get some quote icons out of my system. I love making them because they are so much fun. But they take me a long time because I make each one different.

So, there are Turn Coat animated quote icons. Some of those are probably spoilery if you haven't read the book. I was going to go through the whole book and icon all the good quotes, but I never did complete that task. So if there is a quote you like, but don't see here, just put it in a comment. I try to icon exact quotes, so please include the page number the quote is found on, along with the exact sentence it comes from word for word.

I found some totally random True Blood icons, including a few animated quote icons, in a file. I guess I started working on a batch a while ago and never finished them. So I thought I'd just go ahead and post them. There is also a Sookie banner.

Please give me some ideas for stock icons. What would you like to see? I have mostly flower stock icons this time. And a few icons I made for an icontest that I forgot about. They all looked the same, so I re-did a few of them.

Alright, I'm babbling. On to the icons and stuff. :)

There is a lot of random stuff in this batch of graphics. True Blood of course. And this time mostly Eric. I've done tons of Bill icons, but now that Eric is getting more screentime he deserves more icons.

I'm looking at my icons and I'm thinking I had something to get out of my system. A lot of them are not artsy, but who cares right? I had one day where I just thought everything was funny. It's hard for me to judge, but some of you might think they are amusing. OK, so there may be a few icons referring to Boudin and masturbation, but this is TrueBlood we're iconing here. So you shouldn't be shocked or anything, right? *eg*

I admit that I copied someone's idea for the "Bill for President" icon. Such a great idea, although a hundred people probably thought the same thing when they saw Bill standing behind that podium with the red, white and blue banner hanging on the front and "Old Glory" in the background. I know I did. This being an election year and all.

There are also a few cleolinda recap quote icons. Her True Blood Recaps are fabulously funny!

I have a new obsession. I'm not sure how long it will last. I started watching Generation Kill because I found out Alexander Skarsgård was in it and discovered that it's really good. Great characters and I think it's very real and fascinating.

I guess this is kind of an obscure fandom and not many people are making icons for it, so I thought I would go ahead and make some. These GK icons are all from Part 6 - Stay Frosty.

I also have a few True Blood icons and a few random stock icons. And just one stock art graphic this time. I was just playing around with some effects that I see around LJ and wanted to try.

I fully intend on making some more Moonlight icons, especially from the last ep. I just haven't had the heart to do it yet. *sigh*

Also, I am way behind on responding to comments. I will definitely read them all, but I don't know if I'll get to respond to every one. Please know that I really appreciate it when people leave me a comment. So thank you very much for that.

I'm still mourning the loss of Moonlight and haven't been able to bring myself to make any icons from "Sonata" yet. I'll get to it eventually. But I did make a bunch of Alex O'Loughlin icons.
