Hi everyone! I've got a batch of text icons that I made for Round 1 at onlytext20in20!

This 20in20 challenge community is right up my alley. I love text icons and I had so much fun making these.

Please, please let me know if you see any spelling mistakes, so I can correct them. I would really appreciate it.

It's been over a month since I've posted icons. Bad me.

There is a big mish mash of stuff here. I haven't had a lot of time to make graphics and most of the stuff I've made has been kind of experimental in my mind. Plus I had this to get some quote icons out of my system. I love making them because they are so much fun. But they take me a long time because I make each one different.

So, there are Turn Coat animated quote icons. Some of those are probably spoilery if you haven't read the book. I was going to go through the whole book and icon all the good quotes, but I never did complete that task. So if there is a quote you like, but don't see here, just put it in a comment. I try to icon exact quotes, so please include the page number the quote is found on, along with the exact sentence it comes from word for word.

I found some totally random True Blood icons, including a few animated quote icons, in a file. I guess I started working on a batch a while ago and never finished them. So I thought I'd just go ahead and post them. There is also a Sookie banner.

Please give me some ideas for stock icons. What would you like to see? I have mostly flower stock icons this time. And a few icons I made for an icontest that I forgot about. They all looked the same, so I re-did a few of them.

Alright, I'm babbling. On to the icons and stuff. :)

60 icons...Lions, Leo, Astrolabs, Sun, Horses, James Marsters, BtVS, The Dresden Files quote icons.

I thought I would do something new and make Sun Sign icons each month. Since the Sun is transiting Leo at the moment it's Leo the Lion icons.

The Buffy icons are mostly Spike and mostly from "Fool for Love", which I know has probably been iconed to death, but not by me. Two of the icons are from "Shadow", when Riley catches Spike in Buffy's bedroom. That whole conversation between them cracks me up.

I'm still trying to teach myself how to make animated movie icons. I seriously need more practice. I have a hard time getting the file size small enough for LiveJournal. Very aggravating. LJ needs to up the "k" allowed for user pics.

No flowers this time. But I have some planned for my next batch and some bright colors.

It's about time I dumped these. I have mostly Dresden Files icons...again. Sorry, I hardly made any of the other characters on TDF. It's not that I don't like them, I do. I'm just a little single-minded at the moment.

There are a few "for fun" icons, because I like to make those just as much as I like to make the artsy-fartsy icons. So you'll see a handful of animated and some Rhythm and Blues icons. Sorry, I can't bring myself to make one with the bunny ears yet. I just....I don't know.....I feel a little embarrassed, yet oddly pleased about the bunny ears. They make me smile and blush all at the same time. Maybe it's not the ears and it's just the whole bunny sitting position. I don't know. lol.

I can't remember the name of the illustrator for the Dresden book cover art and I forgot to put his web site in my favorites. If someone knows please comment with the artist's name so I can give proper credit. Thanks.

I've been learning how to make animated icons! They are so much fun!

OK, here's what I have this time around. There are 9 Dresden Files icons with a few Paul Blackthorne thrown in.

Then I have some text icons. These are all quotes from The Dresden Files books not the TV Show. Four of the text icons are animated. I really had fun making these. I hope everyone likes them. They could be spoilery I guess, but I don't see how since they are taken out of context.

If there is a Dresden Files quote that you would like to have made into an icon go ahead and ask in a comment and I will make it. Just be sure to give me the full quote. If it's long I will animate it.

I got the quotes from a "quote thread" at Jim-Butcher.com so I'm not completely certain that all the quotes are accurate word for word. If you see any mistakes please, please say something so I can correct it. I just didn't want to go through all the books myself looking for quotes and I thought it would be better to make quote icons from what people say are their favorite Dresden Files quotes.
